Martin Rifuwo Mgiba is a husband, father, speaker, preacher, attorney and author. He is married to Doctor Sphelele and together they are parents to a beautiful daughter Khatekile. Pastor Martin is a law graduate from University of Kwazulu Natal University and he holds a Masters in Commercial Law from University of Cape Town where he graduated in 2015.In March 2018 he responded to God's call and pursued full time ministry. Together with his wife they founded Eternal Glory Church which has gone on to become a fast growing church.

the multiplication of the five loaves and two fish by the Lord
Jesus. In an expository fashion, the author extracts
principles and patterns that are necessary for living a life
that is characterized by multiplication and increase.
In his own unique style, the author seeks to assist the reader
to unlock, unpack and unleash his or her latent potential
through innovation, spiritual intelligence and organic
leadership development.

It is important that we cultivate a dreaming environment. A safe place for people to dream and an environment that allows people to dream and an environment that allows to do so without any reservations or limits. A place where people will see no need to be apologetic for the magnitude of their dreams. A place where your dreams are not only accepted but also validated.
